What if I’m not happy about something?

We pride ourselves on having very happy customers, some of whom have been coming to us not only for many years but in several cases for two or three generations! If you should feel less than delighted with anything about your consultation or your treatment, please talk to us in the first instance. We always aim to do our best for our patients, and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.

What does making a complaint involve?

Most issues are easily and quickly resolved by approaching us directly – we will listen and respond. Should you feel our response falls short of what you expected, however, you have the option of making a formal complaint.
